Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION + NO SHOW POLICY
Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you. To respect both my time and other clients waiting for appointments, the following policy applies:
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time will be charged 25% of the scheduled service total
• No-show appointments will also be charged 25% of the scheduled service total
• Clients who arrive excessively late may need to reschedule depending on availability
• Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may require a non-refundable deposit for future bookings
• By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to these policies
